Dianna L. Cole was born in Anderson, Indiana and was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2002. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Northern District of Indiana and Southern District of Indiana.
Ms. Cole obtained her Baccalaureate Degree in Secondary Social Studies
Education at Ball State University. Ms. Cole obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Thomas
M. Cooley School of Law in 2001 where she graduated with distinction. She is a member of
the Indiana State Bar Association, and the St. Joseph County Bar Association.
Ms. Cole concentrates her practice primarily in family law (including divorce, paternity, child custody and support matters), juvenile and child advocacy law (including CHINS), bankruptcy law, probate law (including estate planning, wills, and trusts), and criminal law.

Kelly A. Baer was born in Trenton, New Jersey on December 7, 1969, was admitted
to the Indiana Bar in 2002. She is also admitted to practice in the United States
District Court, Northern District of Indiana.
Mrs. Baer obtained her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies at Peirce College
in 1994, graduating 2nd in her class with the distinction of Magna Cum Laude.
She went on to further her education with and additional three years of paralegal
and liberal arts study under the Baccalaureate Degree program at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods
College. She obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law
in 2001, graduating 3rd in her class and again earning the distinction of Magna
Cum Laude.
Mrs. Baer is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar
Association, St. Joseph County Bar Association, the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana,
and the Defense Research Institute. She was appointed to the Civil Rights of Children Committee and the Pro Bono Committee, term 2005 - 2007.
Mrs. Baer concentrates her practice in civil litigation, personal injury matters, insurance coverage disputes and defense litigation, collections, small claims, contract claims (including indemnification and subrogation), bankruptcy, and appellate practice.
